1. About this page
This page explains how to delete your account and data in Block Knight: Puzzle Fight RPG, the Android game made by Pixel Fresh Studio and available on Google Play. You can ask us to delete your data even if you no longer have the game.
2. If you signed in with Google
Open Block Knight and go to Settings → Data & reset → Delete account (or Profile → Manage → Delete account). Read what will be deleted, then press and hold Hold to delete until it fills. You need an internet connection. Your request is filed and the game signs you out at once. This phone then starts again as a new guest. If you change your mind, sign in with the same Google account within 48 hours and the request is cancelled. After that, our team deletes your account and its data within 30 days of your request, and your coins and progress are gone for good.
3. If you never signed in
If you play as a guest, your data isn't linked to your name or email, so we need your Player ID to find it. Contact us through the developer contact details on Block Knight's Google Play page and ask us to delete your data, quoting the Player ID shown in the game (Profile → PLAYER card). Copy on that card copies all of it, and you can use the message below. We delete your data within 30 days of your request. To remove the game's data from your phone too, uninstall the game or reset it in Settings → Data & reset.
4. If you no longer have the game
Contact us the same way. If you signed in with Google, give the email of that Google account instead of a Player ID. If you never signed in, your Player ID was only in the game, and uninstalling it removed everything the game stored on your phone. Without the Player ID we can't tell which data on our servers is yours, because a guest's data isn't linked to a name or email.
5. The message to send
Copy this message into your request and fill in your details:
Subject: Data deletion request: Block Knight App: Block Knight: Puzzle Fight RPG (Pixel Fresh Studio) Player ID: [paste your Player ID here] Google account email (only if you signed in with Google): [your email] Request: Please delete my Block Knight account and all of its data.
6. What we delete
We delete your player record, game statistics, progress backup, Google sign-in link and anonymous player ID. Your player record holds your player name, your Player ID, your notification token and the device and app details we keep with it; if you signed in with Google, it also holds that account's email address, name and profile picture link. Your game statistics are how you play (levels, fights, scores, coins and items, streaks, settings and time on each screen). Only players who signed in with Google have a progress backup and a Google sign-in link. If you play again afterwards, the game starts with a new anonymous ID.
7. What we keep, and for how long
We keep only a deletion log with no personal data: the dates of the request and the deletion, how many records were deleted, and a scrambled code that can't be turned back into your Player ID. We keep it for as long as we run the game, as proof that we did what you asked. Google keeps its own copies under its own retention settings, as our Privacy Policy explains: Google Analytics keeps detailed event data for 2 months, Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days, and AdMob handles ad data under Google's own policies.
8. How long it takes
We delete your data within 30 days of your request. For a request made in the game, the 48 hours to change your mind are part of those 30 days.
9. Deleting only some of your data
We don't offer deleting only part of the data on our servers: a request deletes your account and all the data listed above. On your phone, you can start over at any time: Settings → Data & reset → Reset progress erases your coins, heroes, perks, road progress and tips, and keeps your settings. If you are signed in with Google, your next backup saves the reset progress too. Uninstalling the game removes everything it stored on your phone.
