Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are between you and Pixel Fresh Studio (“we”, “us”), the maker of Block Knight. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Block Knight is distributed only through Google Play, and Google Play's own terms also apply to your download.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Block Knight on your own devices, for your own non-commercial fun. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. You get the right to play, not ownership.
3. Coins and items
Block Knight is free to play and has no real-money purchases. Coins, items, heroes, perks and other rewards are earned by playing or by watching optional rewarded videos. They have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money. They are part of your licence to play, not your property, and we may change prices and rewards when we update the game.
4. Rewarded videos
Ads are optional. A video plays only when you choose to watch one for a reward, and the reward is given only when the video plays to the end. Sometimes no video is available; you can always keep playing without one. The videos come from Google AdMob, and we don't control what they show.
5. Fair play
Play fair. Don't cheat, hack, modify or tamper with the game, its files or its data. Don't use bots or other tools to play for you or to get coins or rewards. Don't try to break, overload or misuse our servers or the Google services the game uses. Don't copy, resell or decompile the game, except where the law allows it.
6. Your progress
Your progress, coins, items and settings are stored on your device. Signing in with Google is optional. If you sign in with Google, a backup copy is kept on our servers, and you can get it back on another phone by signing in with the same Google account. If both phones have progress, they are combined: you keep the higher progress, every unlock from both and the higher coin total. A backup may not include your last few minutes of play. If you never sign in, there is no backup, so uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or losing or resetting your device can erase your progress for good, and we can't restore it.
7. The game as it is
We work to keep Block Knight fun and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it will always work, be free of bugs or keep every feature. We may update, change or remove levels, modes and features, and we may stop offering the game.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, coins or items, that comes from using the game. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be excluded.
9. Children
Block Knight is not directed at children under 13. If you are not old enough to accept these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, your licence to play ends and we may block your access to the game's online services.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game changes. The latest version is always in the game. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the game collects, why, and how to have your data deleted. You can read it in the game, from Settings.
13. Contact
